Oliver’s Auction offers multiple ways to receive your purchases, including in-house shipping, platform-provided shipping, local pickup, regional delivery, and buyer-arranged transportation.
Shipping is available for eligible property; however, online bidding does not mean that every item can be shipped. Large, heavy, furniture-sized, unusually fragile, regulated, or difficult-to-transport items may require an alternative delivery method.

OLIVER’S IN-HOUSE SHIPPING
Oliver’s Auction offers in-house packing and shipping for eligible purchases through our ShippingSaint fulfillment process.
Following the auction, eligible buyers may receive a text message and/or email through ShippingSaint requesting that they select PICKUP or SHIPPING.
Your auction purchase invoice must be paid in full before your property can be processed for in-house shipping.
Your shipping invoice is separate from your auction purchase invoice and is generally issued through ShippingSaint after your items have been processed.

WHAT DOES MY SHIPPING CHARGE INCLUDE?
Shipping charges may include:
• Carrier/postage charges
• Boxes and shipping containers
• Packing and protective materials
• Labor and handling
• Insurance
• Signature or specialty services
• Other costs reasonably necessary to safely prepare and transport your property
Your shipping charge is not limited to the postage amount shown on the carrier’s shipping label.
Oliver’s Auction may select UPS, USPS, FedEx, Pirate Ship-supported carrier services, or another commercially reasonable carrier based on the item, destination, dimensions, weight, cost, and shipping requirements.
In-house shipping charges are non-negotiable after calculation except to correct an actual billing or calculation error.

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING PAYMENT
Eligible in-house shipments are generally processed within approximately 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS after the auction invoice has been paid in full and payment has been verified.
This is processing time and does not include carrier transit time.
Processing times are estimates and may vary due to auction volume, packing requirements, shipment size, holidays, weather, carrier availability, unusually fragile property, or other circumstances.
Shipping invoices must be paid within 10 CALENDAR DAYS of issuance.
If a circumstance prevents timely payment, contact Oliver’s Auction before the deadline. At our discretion, we may approve one extension of up to five additional calendar days.
Failure to pay shipping charges within the applicable deadline may result in the property being treated as abandoned or forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

PLATFORM-PROVIDED SHIPPING
Some bidding platforms may offer their own shipping or fulfillment services for eligible purchases.
When you select a platform-provided shipping service, the rates, carrier selection, payment procedures, insurance, claims procedures, and other requirements may be established by the bidding platform or its shipping provider rather than Oliver’s Auction.
Oliver’s Auction cannot guarantee that a platform-provided shipping selection can be changed after checkout and cannot modify, reduce, waive, or refund shipping charges established or collected directly by an independent bidding platform or shipping provider.
Please review your shipping selection and charges carefully before completing checkout.
 

This wording is intentionally platform-neutral so the page continues to work for both bidding platforms.

FURNITURE, OVERSIZED ITEMS & REGIONAL DELIVERY
Furniture, oversized property, unusually fragile items, and other property unsuitable for ordinary parcel shipping may require local pickup, Oliver’s Auction regional delivery, an independent courier, UShip, freight, specialty movers, or buyer-arranged transportation.
Oliver’s Auction may offer regional delivery for qualifying purchases and destinations.
Regional delivery charges begin at $99 but are not flat-rate. Actual cost depends on destination, distance, route, quantity, size, property type, handling requirements, and other circumstances.
If you are considering bidding on a large or unusual item and will require delivery, we encourage you to contact us before bidding to discuss available options.
 

I would put this at the bottom of the Shipping page even if we eventually create a dedicated Damage Claims page. It's too important to omit.

SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS
If an item shipped through Oliver’s Auction’s in-house shipping process arrives damaged, notify Oliver’s Auction within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY.
DO NOT DISCARD THE BOX OR PACKING MATERIALS.
Please retain the damaged item, exterior shipping box or container, all interior packing materials, shipping labels, and any damaged packaging.
Take clear photographs of the damaged item, exterior box, interior packing materials, and any visible damage to the package.
Photographs and additional documentation may be required to process an insurance claim.
Failure to retain the original packaging, provide requested documentation, or timely report damage may affect or prevent recovery under applicable shipping insurance.
If shipping was purchased directly through a third-party bidding platform or shipping provider, that provider’s claims procedures and deadlines may also apply.
